A 20-year-old New Yorker just signed a revenue-sharing deal with YouTube. But it's a highly symbolic deal — both for 20-year-old Brandon Fletcher, and the future of YouTube.In April Brandon flew from New York to Silicon Valley, vowing he'd storm YouTube's headquarters in San Bruno, California and demand that they hear his idea for a video show. He even created a video blog called Can YouTube Hear Me?, creating an inspiring testimonial about the power of persistence and self-confidence.
